💸 Returns & Refunds – The “Oops, I Changed My Mind” Policy

At Strange Market, we believe in second chances—especially if your item isn’t vibing with you. You’ve got 14 days (yes, two whole weeks!) from the moment that beautiful, weird products lands in your hands to say, “Wait, no… take it back...”

🧼 Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

- Your item must be in the same condition you got it.
- Unworn, unused, tags still on, and in the original packaging (no pizza grease, no glitter...)
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase—a receipt, a screenshot, a scroll (lol), anything that proves you bought it.

📦 How to Return Stuff (Are u sure? it's boring 🥱)

Contact us to info@strange-market.com to start the return process. You’ll get a shipping label and instructions If your return is accepted.

⚠️ Items returned without first emailing us will be refused like a vampire at a garlic festival. Don’t skip this step!

🚨 Damaged Goods & Wrong Stuff

If you open your package and something looks like it went through a blender—or it’s just not what you ordered—email us immediately. 

🚫 Stuff You Can’t Return (No Matter How Hard You Try)

There are a few things that are just too hot (or weird) to handle:

- Perishables (food, flowers, plants—yes, that succulent counts)
- Personal care stuff (lotions, potions, beauty items)
- Flammable stuff, dangerous goods, and things that might explode 💥

Got a question about a specific item? Just ask before you try to ship it back.
Oh—and no returns on sale items or gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges 

Want a different size, color, or vibe? Just return what you’ve got and place a new order once the return’s approved.

🇪🇺 EU Residents (Thanks, Bureaucracy!)

If you’re in the European Union, you’ve got that sweet 14-day cooling off period, no questions asked. You can cancel or return your order just because… vibes. Same conditions apply: unused, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase. You know the drill.

💳 Refunds ("Give Me Back My Money!!! 😡")

Once we receive and inspect your return (yes, we actually look at it), we’ll let you know if your refund is a go. If approved, you’ll get refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
