Welcome to strange market ! Below you'll find all the info you need about shipping, delivery times, and costs. It’s not teleportation (yet), but we’re working on it.

All orders are processed within a few business days of payment confirmation.
During peak orders or holiday periods, there may be minor delays, don't panic, your package is just making a small creative pit stop.

Italy: 1–2 business days
Europe: 2–3 business days
USA: 3-5 business days

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the item.

📬 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking code so you can follow your package all the way to your door (or secret underground lab, if you prefer).

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package gets lost or arrives looking like it went through a black hole, don’t panic. Just email us at info@strange-market.com with your order number and any photos, and we’ll find a solution. We never leave a strange product behind.

🛑 Wrong Address?

Double-check your shipping info before confirming the order. If the address is incorrect and the package disappears into the void… we’ll try to help, but we can’t promise a miracle.
